I ran across this book when I was in Border's today (I'm always on the lookout for a new book). I thought the title was absolutely compelling and how true it is?! It seems like when the going gets tough, you can't help but believe in Jesus. When the cards are stacked against you, of course you believe. You don't really have a choice. When you are at the end, it only makes sense to believe in God because it's not like it will hurt anything. I wonder though if we miss the "foxholes" more often than we realize. Though we aren't faced with death constantly, it seems we all are facing "foxholes" on the daily. I wonder if there are fewer atheists out there than we think. We just need more people to point out the foxholes...
