I came into this movie expecting what most conservatives think when they see Tom Cruise and a movie that is set-up as political. When I say that I'm conservative, most people get that confused. Some young conservatives think they're liberal because their not radicals. We all get it confused. We can all agree that Tom Cruise is a nut job though. A far cry removed from the good ole Top Gun days. Here's to Katie Holmes and the psycho sauce she is giving Tom. Lions for Lambs was intriguing for me because it dealt with a lot of issues, had A-list actors and was getting some good plugs. With Netflix I can try anything once. This time I was pleasantly surprised! Lions for Lambs really spoke to issues, presented both sides and would make all of us ask questions about all that we are involved in internationally. There is a great development with people who choose to enlist, the consequences it presents for those around them and the reality of the conflicts we are in. If the war in Iraq, Afghanistan, possibly Iran or any other war we have been involved in recently and the discussion afterward has been on your mind, check this movie out. It will be worth your time.
