You can put a check mark next to step one for this guy. I am an addict indeed. I don't know what inspired me to think of quitting caffeine. Maybe it's the obscene amount of cranberry juice (check out the health benees)I've been drinking. Maybe it's because there was no Mountain Dew in Mexico. Either way, the thought has crossed my mind. I've been progressively weening myself off, trying to find decaf coffee, caffeine free soda and random apple cider (here's to the church office!). I find myself feeling the effects though. Sleep doesn't seem as fulfilling anymore. Food doesn't taste as good. Restaurants that I treasured because of their Pepsi products have now slipped a notch in my mind because of my choice to go with Lemonade. What have I become? What am I doing to myself...
