LAZY SHOPPING CART

This is an instance where I wish I had a camera. When crimes happen, you think you should have a camera to capture the event. Sounds like modern America right? If Cloverfield proved anything, it's not that the head of the Statue of Liberty came crashing down the street. It's that you can a picture of it with your mobile phone.

A couple of nights ago, I was walking out of Wal-Mart after some purchases and when I came to the parking lot, I happened upon a stray shopping cart. This is nothing new for any of us. Go to a parking lot of a store that has carts and you likely see some sitting in the parking lot. Having been a shopping cart attendant myself, one of my pet peaves is when they are left in the parking. What is even more frustrating, though requiring less work, is when a cart is left within walking distance of the stall. Interesting fact : stores make enough stalls so that you won't have to walk very far. But when I came out of the store on this night, two spots down from the stall, there was a cart that was left behind. Raptured. You have to be crazy in a hurry, or some kind of lazy to not be able to walk 10 ft to put a shopping cart back. I think that it isn't possible for someone to be so busy, that they can go into Wal-Mart, requiring a cart, and then not have time to put the cart in the stall (requiring only a matter of seconds). The lazy part is another issue. If even to keep me from happening upon, please put your carts back (how very Bob Barker of me, minus the spaying and neutering). All of the cars parked in the parking lot that won't be damaged by said cart thank you.
