LAST BLOG AS A SINGLE MAN (MOST LIKELY)

Tonight begins the mad frenzy of people coming in town to begin the wedding festivities. From here on out, it is a maze of activity and countdown to 2pm on Saturday. It's amazing how quickly time can fly by. It seems the last couple of days have vanished right before my eyes. Every moment has been enjoyed but now it's only a couple of days. Eight months feel like they yesterday. Two years feel like they were a couple of days ago. The realization of how fleeting time is became all the more apparent in moments when "time flies."

I was able to play golf with my friend Jack Wells yesterday. It was truly the end of an era. Jack and I became friends through our times on the golf course. It became a counseling session for whoever was in need. Yesterday was the last time that would be done without one of us having a wife (not only that but he won for the first time ever. Strike my soul...). Not that I'm expecting much of a life change. I'm sure I'll still hangout with friends and my life will look a lot like it looks today, but it's still changing MONUMENTALLY! A piece of paper and a vow for life will do that for you. I couldn't be more excited though. The girl I get to look at for the rest of my life is quite the woman and it's a thrill to be able to share my life with her. It's going to be a good weekend. The best weekend of the rest of my life...
