It's 11:30. I can't sleep. I'm just too excited and can't "come down" from what God is doing in this generation and what He is doing in The Factory. Tonight, we had some fun, but more than that, we encountered God. Here are some reasons why I'm excited:

1. Incredible Leadership. First and foremost, I need to give HUGE props to our Adult Leaders and our Interns. Our Adult Leaders are unrelenting. Fantastic! Words can't describe our Interns. In the short amount of time we've had with them, they have changed the game for us.
2. Love for the Scriptures. Our students are loving the Scriptures more and more. As we spend time in books and build our series around studies of the Bible, it is beginning to connect. Can't help but smile as the Scriptures "stick" with students.
3. Untamable Worship. Someone called us "the crazies" tonight. I (and we) took it as a compliment. What God is doing is a lot more than emotionalism and hype. Even on "down" times, our students are unloading during worship. Lead a generation. Reach a generation.
4. Prayer Meetings on Campuses. We continue to see great results from campus prayer meetings. God is doing work on local campuses and our students are leading the way!
5. The Floor is Falling Out. I've shared with many of our students and leaders that it feels like we are leaning over the edge of a cliff and are about to take the leap off. God is preparing us for something HUGE!
